This project transformed a distressed bank owned property in a Community Improvement District and HUB Zone into a thriving business that is committed to creating and maintaining a more active and healthy community.

Working collaboratively with the project owner, the facility was transformed into a building capable of supporting the anchor tenant (MC Crossfit) and supporting businesses with a separate entrance.
