HJM Architects partnered with St. Anthony’s, locally owned in Brookside, to design a senior living facility tailoring to residents aged 62 and above. St. Anthony’s offers enriching activities and a strong sense of community for their residents.

HJM provided programming, space planning, and construction drawings which ensured functionality and welcoming aesthetics. HJM specifically prioritized safety and accessibility, especially for memory care patients. Situated atop an existing parking garage, the facility provides ample parking for residents and visitors. Additionally, it shares grounds with a newly remodeled independent living tower, offering shared amenities and walking paths for an integrated living experience.
